OPTION #1 Booth Space $350.00 (8' x 6' Without Power)
OPTION #2 Booth Space $400.00 (10' x10' With Power)
OPTION #3 Booth Space (location: up on the stage) $450.00 (10' x8' With Power)

Vendor Participation Agreement:
- Load-in and setup: Load-in is from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM only. I will not arrive early, and my booth will be fully set up by 9:30 AM.
- Parking: Parking is not available at or around the Laurel Packinghouse. I may stop temporarily to unload or load but will move my vehicle immediately afterward. Rotary Centre for the Arts parking spaces may not be used.
- Booth equipment: My booth includes one table and two chairs. I am responsible for all other supplies, equipment, signage, linens, displays, extension cords, and promotional materials.
- Booth boundaries: All displays, products, and materials must remain within my assigned booth space and may not block aisles, neighbouring booths, entrances, exits, or emergency routes.
- Venue protection: Displays must be freestanding. Nothing may be attached to venue surfaces. Tape, nails, pins, staples, tacks, hooks, adhesives, open flames, tents, and gazebos are prohibited.
- Power and cords: Vendors with powered booths must safely cover extension cords using an appropriate mat or cord cover. Tape may not be used.
- Event hours: My booth must remain fully set up and attended from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Early dismantling is not permitted. Move-out must be completed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to the event (Friday October 9th, 2026 by noon) to be subject for a refund.
By registering for this event you acknowledge that your participation in this event and, if applicable, the participation of your guests, grants the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce use of all photographs taken without payment or compensation from now onward.
