Problem & solution: Most people are using ChatGPT wrong, which adds to the frustration of business owners and AI slop on the internet. Learn how to approach AI tools from a workflow-first, context-driven perspective that lets you lead and market better.
What this is: A hands-on working session to properly set up ChatGPT (or similar alternative gen AI chatbot assistants) so it supports your business, workflows, and working style—not generic prompts.
Who it’s for: Business owners and professionals tasked with marketing who’ve tried ChatGPT, but aren’t using it consistently or intentionally. They feel like they waste more time than they save, or are never quite happy with the outputs.
Who it’s not for:
- People looking for AI-generated shortcuts without human leadership, context, and strategy.
- Anyone expecting AI to replace decision-making.
Pre-requisites:
- A ChatGPT account (or similar). Preferably a “Plus” plan tier for the full capabilities, but free will work well enough for learning purposes.
You’ll leave with:
- A properly configured ChatGPT account (projects, memory, structure)
- The outline of a brand & business context file that improves every output—they will complete more detail of this in the next session
- Use case understanding to strategize, create content, and accelerate workflows
- Simple outlines of their own workflows to try
- Clear boundaries for what ChatGPT is best for in their business vs alternatives
Session content may include:
- Live setup demo
- Guided prompts to train your AI on your business
- Real-time testing (you’ll generate something useful before you leave)
