Illuminate Your Brand: Partner with the 2025 Spring Lantern Festival!
The 2025 Spring Lantern Festival (SLF) is a celebration of cultural diversity and community unity, hosted by the Okanagan Chinese Canadian Association (OCCA). Taking place on February 9, 2025, this vibrant event will bring together 500–800 attendees to celebrate the Year of the Snake in Kelowna.
Event Highlights:
- Traditional performances: dance, music, and martial arts.
- Interactive cultural booths: calligraphy, lantern riddles, crafts, and photo opportunities.
- Family-friendly activities: holiday food sampling, prize draws, and much more!
- A spectacular showcase of multicultural traditions under the theme: "Bridging Cultures, Building Connections."
Purpose:
The Spring Lantern Festival is an upgraded free-entry event aimed at promoting harmony, inclusion, and cross-cultural understanding while providing local businesses with a unique platform to connect with a diverse audience, including newcomers, immigrants, and families.
