Emily brings 20 years industry experience and a deep knowledge and diverse perspectives to TMG. Over the course of her career, she's worked in executive retained search, owned her own firm, and led corporate talent acquisition and growth strategies in Canada and the US. Emily previously held the role of Director, Talent Acquisition at Kal Tire, where she was responsible for the build and strategic implementation of their first talent acquisition platform. Prior to joining TMG, she led the strategic growth strategy for a multimillion-dollar global franchise staffing organization.
