Ian was a wonderful home inspector. Following our home inspection, he met with me and my partner and answered all of our questions. He was a wealth of information and we greatly appreciated how thorough he was with his reporting. We would 100% recommend him for your home inspection!

Ian's done several home inspections for my clients over the years, providing professional, valuable service to Okanagan home buyers and sellers. He comes with 20+ years of Residential Construction experience, and it shows.

He's always on time, thorough, and explains his findings at a level that anybody can understand (no matter how much knowledge about home structures you have).

I appreciate his follow up after a home inspection, as he will always ask if there are any questions with the report.
