Cute spot, with fun decor. Ice cream has strong flavors but seemed strongly artificially flavored. Kids still liked them, but were disappointed the pints were so underfilled and one was the wrong flavor. We'd moved down to make space for the long line and didn't see we were given a fruit flavor instead of chocolate peanut butter and one was maybe half full.

We ordered pints that were filled completely different amounts and under filled.

My family and I were visiting Kelowna and decided to pop in to this spot for some delicious ice cream. I was surprised at the menu they had. Many of the flavours sounded so delicious. They did have 3 flavours that were no dairy which was great. Even with the kids size, the portion is quite big. But the ice cream is so good!

Last thing we did before evacuating from Kelowna was stop at Moo-Lix for a road cone.

Gotta say it's the best way to run from Armageddon!

Stay cool Kelowna and we hope to see you next year.

Service is the worst of any shop in Kelowna. Staffed by kids who don't care. Wouldn't waste my money as there's better choice around the corner at Parlour.

Awesome staff and enormous ice cream scoops but the ice cream and waffle cone are alright. Tried the lavender honey which had chocolate bits in it--not my cup of tea although the colour was pretty. The cookies n' cream had no cookies in it! It literally was vanilla ice cream, and not the decadent vanilla ice cream either. Maybe I'd just picked the wrong flavours...

In Kelowna mid-week in July...and it was hot. Met up with friends and went along with them on their regular summer evening walk along the water from the Grand to the downtown area to get ice cream.

And when in Kelowna looking for ice cream, one goes to Moo-Lix. As expected on a hot summer evening, there was a line up but it moved fairly quickly. I sampled a few flavours and went to my go to...Salted Caramel. I use Earnest Ice Cream as my bench mark for salted caramel and the Moo-Lix salted caramel was pretty good. Unfortunately, my waffle cone was over cooked and quite hard...very much a first world problem and the cone was still edible. The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there.

It was a positive food experience and happy to recommend Moo-Lix if in Kelowna in search of ice cream.

So I got the Pistachio ice cream on a cone. The ice cream was not bad. But the cone was hard especially when you get to the very bottom. I was told at the bottom is a marshmallow but I don't want to risk breaking my teeth trying to bit or eat the last bit of the bottom of the waffle cone. Yes the waffle cone are made in house, fresh. I watched them make it. The ice cream did melt fast.

The place is located right across from the Sail monument. So its basically in the center of the famous Ogopogo Tourist attraction place. You can see people lining up out the door for ice cream across the street. But again the line up goes by really quickly. There are a lot of choices here. Too many choices that I had trouble deciding.

Perfect for a hot day. Service not bad here.

      Will definitely come again.

I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but every now and then I'll have a craving.

Being spoiled with Salt & Straw in Portland and LA I'm always super critical when it comes to ice cream parlors.

This place came highly recommended by a local, so I tried and was impressed with the quality and shocked by the size.

They've got my favorite flavors and many more. I love how they make their own waffle cones (huge!!).

One word of caution: one scoop goes a very long way at Moolix. I will not order 2 scoops anymore, it's just way too much.

Also: unless you like fake whipped cream, don't bother ordering this. I wanted to add some whipped cream and saw the fake stuff bottle coming out. Ouch!! You've got a good quality ice cream and serve that stuff?
      Seriously?

      Their ice cream is delicious.
Just remember: 1 scoop goes a long way I'm downtown kelowna!

We were so enticed by the smell of fresh waffle cones, that we had to step in. While the ice cream was delicious, it was incredibly expensive. Also the waffle cone itself was so thick and hard that it wasn't edible about halfway down. Too difficult to eat.

My hubby and I decided to go into Moo Lix to get a cone and we were very impressed with the two younger staff members, very polite and happy! As for flavors ... There are so many to choose from and we didnt feel rushed at all, they stood back and just let us decide.
Anyhow to sum it all up the Ice Cream is DELISH and Waffle Cones also!!!
      Definitely taking our granddaughter
