Event Description: This interactive session focuses on how to conduct a legally sound workplace investigation. Led by Pamela Connolly, a lawyer with Ukrainetz Workplace Law Group, the program will equip participants with the knowledge to carry out a fair and thorough investigation that will stand up to legal scrutiny. Learning Objectives: understanding the law around workplace harassment and discrimination planning and carrying out an investigation effective interviewing techniques and note taking weighing evidence and making findings communicating findings in a defensible report Who should attend: This program is suited to HR Professionals who are new to workplace investigations and also those who want to refine their knowledge or investigation skills.
