Event Description: Are you having trouble following through on goals? Are you feeling a bit lost, or "stuck"? Or, perhaps you just need a weekend to reconnect with yourself and what is important to you? Set Free Your Chi is all about YOU and your personal health and wellness. Join us and explore who you are, what matters to you, what makes you thrive, and how to take action towards realizing your dreams. Gather with us at beautiful Silverstar Mountain for a women's weekend of fun, movement, connection, and exploration. You will spend your time learning about yourself, creating a 360 degree "life map", and finish with setting concrete goals in a safe, expert led environment. Activites to get your feet in the dirt and joy in your heart include hiking, running, and yoga. Enjoy social time with other amazing women and some personal solo downtime (massage is available!) to create a perfect weekend of rejvenation. Come and learn to "Set Free Your Chi" and leave stronger, smarter, and braver.
