Event Description: Are you building a team? Do you feel like you aren't getting the best from the one you've got? Do you want to grow your team leadership skills? If so, this is a workshop you shouldn't miss! The facilitator, Lane Sherman, is a talented trainer and team leader with experience developing over 4,000 teams across multiple sectors. This one-day workshop is based on the facilitator's book The Keys to Collaboration. As a participant, you will take part in a session that is an engaging, practical, experiential look at leading collaborative work. Lane will present his five proven keys to building effective teams, give you a clear process for ensuring your team can reach its potential, and provide some tools and tips for fostering collaboration. You will also learn how to diagnose root causes of common team dysfunction, and explore strategies to address them.
